- Generate, update, rental agreement

Example responsibilities may include
- Be available to handle guest communications during their stay
- Respond promptly to any guest requests or issues
- Coordinate with operations team to resolve requests (early check-in, extra amenities, etc)
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure 5-Star vacation experience

- Experience with Airbnb platform preferred
- This role handles all guest communications from in-stay till check-out

Disclosure
Our services all require a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 40 hours, however, we are flexible to accommodate any hourly schedule within this range. We require one month (four weeks) of payments upfront as a deposit. In the event that you decide to discontinue our services within the first month, you will receive a refund for the remaining days of the month, excluding any days prior.
